We are confident that our software will work for you and you will be satisfied with the services that we provide. We back all of our products and services with a money-back guarantee.

For Our Software

PEFA On Demand
You incur a charge for a report at the time that your completed PEFA report is downloaded. All purchases are invoiced monthly in arrears. You can view your report online before you decide to download it before incurring the agreed charge. We do not require any payments in advance. On your monthly statement of downloaded reports, you will be provided with the name of the therapist and participant and the time and date of the downloaded report. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your statement. If you think that the statement is incorrect and as a result you think that you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days. We will confirm your activities with you and provide you with a full refund of any overpayment.

JobFit System On Demand
The specific terms of your software license are detailed in your Software License Agreement. If you are not satisfied with the software that you have licensed, please contact us within 30 days.

Prior to authorising a refund, we will require that you work with our support team to resolve any issues that might be affecting your use of software. For us to provide this support to you, you will need to provide us with information about your error, such as screenshots of any error and/or detailed descriptions of your actions up to the time of the error and/or detailed information about your own computer and network.

If we cannot solve your problem, we will be happy to refund your order, in the following cases:

  1. When you consistently encounter an error which is preventing you from using the key functions of our software and we are unable to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution.
  2. If you experience hardware incompatibility issues (our software does not support your hardware) that prevents you from using our software properly and we are unable to eliminate the incompatibility within an acceptable period of time or suggest a temporary solution.

Of course, if you accidentally made a duplicate purchase we will refund you for any overcharge.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

  • If you simply change your mind about buying or using the software without giving any particular reasons. You can cancel your subscription as per the terms of your Software License Agreement and not incur future charges, but a refund for past usage will not be provided.
  • When the claim is for unsatisfactory software performance on a platform that we have not listed as being supported by our application, or for features that we have not claimed that our software provides.

For recurring monthly payments, thirty days notice is required to cancel further payments.

For Our Services

All of our services are charged in arrears, with the exception of our training services.

JobFit System Training Program
Payment of program fees are required before you can attend.

If you choose to cancel your enrolment before the course begins, cancellation fees will be applied as per the training registration form. The maximum fee is 100% of the training course. You may choose to send a suitably qualified substitute candidate in lieu of incurring cancellation fees.

If you attend our training course, and are not satisfied with the program, we will refund your full training fee upon return of all training materials and resources that we provided to you in printed or electronic form and your confirmation that copies have not been made.

If circumstances necessitate, JobFit Systems International reserves the right to cancel a program and will endeavour to give participants as much notice as possible. Upon cancellation, JobFit Systems International will refund any course fees already paid.

JobFit Systems International will not be responsible for refunding any travel expenses incurred to attend a completed (or cancelled) JobFit System training program.
